Yes. We offer local pickup and professional installation at our Naperville, IL shop. Installation is by appointment only. If you order, we will give you a call. Otherwise call (630) 870-6303 to schedule.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM CST typically ship the same day via FedEx Ground. We operate out of over 35 warehouses across the country, so your order will always ship from the facility closest to you — meaning faster delivery without the wait.

If you order a complete wheel and tire package, we can have them mounted, balanced, and ready to bolt onto your vehicle. Just add the option "Mount and Balancing" and add TPMS sensors at checkout to avoid dashboard warning lights. If you're ordering tires or wheels separately and don't check the mount and balance option, they will ship unmounted.
If you're purchasing a complete wheel and tire package, we strongly recommend adding TPMS sensors and a mount and balance. This way your setup arrives fully mounted, balanced, and ready to install without triggering your vehicle's tire pressure warning light.
Absolutely. All of our tires are sold as individual units, so you can order exactly the quantity you need — whether that's 1, 2, or 4. Use the quantity selector on the product page to adjust your order.
Yes. We offer two financing options: Shop Pay Installments at checkout (split into 4 bi-weekly payments at 0% interest), and Snap Finance — a lease-to-own option with up to $5,000 in approval, 90 days same-as-cash, and no credit needed to apply. Visit our Financing page to learn more.
We do not accept returns on tires or wheels unless the product arrives damaged or there is a verified manufacturer defect. If your order arrives with an issue, contact us immediately with photos and we'll make it right.
Yes. All tires sold through Midwest Takeoffs come with the full manufacturer's warranty. Coverage varies by brand and product line — if you have questions about a specific tire's warranty terms, just ask before you order.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, and Snap Finance for qualified purchases. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify's checkout.
